WA-SHOO TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

Saturday prior to the Labor Day Holiday Weekend registration/check-in begins at 12:00 p.m., tournament begins at 1:00 p.m. The tournament will be held during the Earl Park Fall Festival Kick-off Weekend behind the Cardinal Roost (at the North End) in the Earl Park Community Park. The entry fee is $20.00 per person and is a BLIND DRAW TOURNAMENT.

Entry fee must accompany form and is non-refundable. Please make checks payable to the Earl Park Fall Festival Foundation. Payment needs to be received or your emailed entry will not be entered.
