The Earl Park Fall Festival kick-off celebration occurs on Saturday, one week before the Labor Day Holiday Weekend at the town park.(NW corner of town)

The Saturday events include a 5K run/walk (proceeds benefit the BENTON EELS Swim Team), a hog roast in the Cardinal Roost in the community park followed by a free movie.

5K RUN/WALK

The registration for the 5k is 7:00~7:45a.m. - The 5K starts at 08:00 a.m. at the top of the circle in the park. The entry fee is $20.00.

NOTE: Pre-registered runners and walkers will receive a t-shirt. Pre-register before August 22nd by contacting Wendy Kidwell at 765-307-0830 or via email.

HOG ROAST DINNER

Hog roast serving begins at 5:00 PM and continues until 8:00 PM. The cost for adults is $8.00. Children ages 6-12 can eat for $5.00. Little ones under the age of six can eat for free.*

* These prices are tentative and can change without notice before serving begins. The meal includes plain and barbecue pork, beef, vegetables, bread, and drink. The menu will not be finalized until closer to the event.

FREE FAMILY MOVIE

At dusk the Fall Festival Committee will provide a FREE Movie in the Park for entertainment. The movie will be shown in the Bluegrass Area just East of the Cardinal Roost.

The hog roast and movie are sponsored by the Fall Festival Committee and proceeds benefit the annual Fall Festival that occurs during the Labor Day holiday weekend.
